Very speedy and useful for last minute bookings. I went to grim reapers London tour. Our guide was David. He was really excellent. He reenacted the whole happenings and didn't even once peeked at any notes during the 2,5 hours of the tour. Very informative, enlightening and refreshing. Felt like we had our own private Orlando Bloom in London 😂😂 Looking forward to more tour by Sandelman in other cities 💛💛

Doesn't let me sign in Booked the free London tour and was hoping my tickets would be stored in the app but can't get it to work. Keeps telling me my password is invalid even though I know it's not as I use the website just fine. Also, the menu slider on left disappears too quickly.

Too many redirects This app is unusable on my Nexus 4. When starting the application I receive an application error stating "net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" followed by the URL to trekksoft (dot) com.

A very bad app for such a great company. Lacks a lot of basic features and has a lot of bugs. I use web instead, also sucks, but less.

The tours are brilliant, but the app lacks functionality It works fine, but there is no function to view the tours that you have already booked, you need to access your email. Would it not be better to just have it saved in the app as "booked tours"
