Your system is weak in dispute management I paid merchant from awash birr pro but not deposited on merchant account, so they asked me cash, and I called your customer service line they suggested me to go to contact the merchant and when I got there they told me to contact you

I deposited money into my Antipas account, but it never reflected in my balance. Customer support was non-responsive. This app is unreliable and lacks basic functionality. Until they fix these issues, I cannot recommend Antipas for any transactions.

It's the worst app I have ever used. I can't withdraw my money, I tried telebirr, banks, debit cards, and everything. I also tried calling customer support, but the line isn't working.
