SARS app is nonsense, I am from their branch to fix this, and they gave me temporal logging details but still the same problem. What rubbish is this nha.

Honestly a terrible app, filled with bugs and not user-friendly. Over a YEAR of trying to use this thing, I still ended up going to SARS. 1. Crashes when trying to reset password. (Extremely useless at this point) 2. Very slow and has long periods of just not working. 3. Have to change email multiple times for the right one to be selected because the one chosen by the app is wrong. 4. Cannot reactivate tax number from the app, you have to sit in queue for hours IRL. The list goes on and on.

Terrible app, when it sends an OTP to my email, and I minimize the screen to get into my emails, it restarts. I'm not using an Android Go device and this is the only app that closes immediately after app switching. Please fix.

New version, same rubbish. Still cannot log in. Tried uninstalling, reboot, nothing! I have never been able to log in! In all the years this thing has existed. I do have the latest version. The message never changes: "Sorry! Your login request was not successful. SARS Mobi App could not process your request, please try again." I am registered since it tells me that if I try again. Of course contacting SARS gets nothing done either.
