Comments on TaxOnApp for Android

★★★★☆ charles wemba · Apr 12, 2026

The app is okay very efficient than on the website but kindly add support and assistance on the app to talk to agents if one has a small problem with registration like name correction or maybe address especially name correction, thank you!

★★★★★ David Soko · Sep 2, 2026

Simply an amazing app. I wish there was a way of giving this 10/5. This is a job well done ZRA.

★★★★★ Funny Kabonde · Aug 5, 2024

It was working well, but today it is not working properly. I am failing to search for the tpin number. Even failing to register

★★★★★ edson banda · Jun 27, 2024

The APP is just okay, basically there is need for an update for it to allow rental tax filling and also for the minimum age to reduced to 16 (since it was reduced by law already).

★★★★☆ Shadrick Lungu · Mar 24, 2026

I can't log in, it was working just fine though a few months ago it stopped responding on the login. Edit :now working just fine

Being a software developer myself I honestly don't understand if this software was built to actually meet it's need. I can't get authenticated seems like there are logical errors there. When I was in the app I experienced a lot of errors as well am the one trying to pay my taxes and you making it a hustle to do so why?... We have enough funds in the country for you to hire an IT team that will maintain the app like c'mon

★★☆☆☆ Charles Musonda · Aug 12, 2026

Not that of a bad app. It only sucks in cases like you trying to create a tpin and find that someone else used your NRC number, like c'mon, as big as ZRA is but just can't get the credentials verifications on point¿... They had to make my friend travel back and forth from the place he got his NRC(kafue) to the Lusaka branch (east park). In other words, the app kinda sucks in that perspective. Oh, and he still hasn't created his Tpin till this day.
