Have never had issues with Bluetooth in years of using it, with it on in the background for long times. Never glitchy. I would have liked some preset patterns to be installed instead of having to create from scratch. I have never used the partner features, only solo.

I am disappointed with how it handles multiple toys at once. I was very impressed with the app when I bought my first satisfyer toy, including the fact that I could control the two motors independently. This spurred me to buy another toy to use together, but when I connect both, I have only one set of joint controls, effectively downgrading the first toy which has two independent settings when connected alone.

I will never understand why developers insist on making an app unusable. Absolutely horrendous choice to no longer make the default programs at the top disappear while scrolling through saved programs while your satisfyer is connected and in use. Now you get a tiny window of three rows of programs and half of it is covered by your thumb while scrolling. Makes the app unusable. I am BEGGING to revert to the way it used to be.

If I could give the app 0 stars I would, my device will not connect to the app. Which was the only reason why I decided to buy a new satisfyer in the first place. Was because it was app controlled which was a nice thought while being in a long distance relationship. I completely wasted my money buying a new satisfyer while my other one which is a few years old works perfectly fine. Emailed with no response which is quite annoying as well.

I've got two devices that I've tried to use with this app and neither of them will stay connected for more than a few seconds to a few minutes into play. The devices just shut off entirely even though they're at full or +90% charge. The longest I've had a device stay connected to the app was not even 3 minutes before disconnecting. I'm trying to get in touch with support, but they've only said to reset the devices and unpair them, which I've already done a number of times. It's disappointing.
