Saunaloop: Sauna Timer & Log

Saunaloop times your sauna the way you actually do it: a few rounds of sauna, cold water and rest. Start the loop on your Wear OS watch before you go in; each part counts down with your own times and ends with its own vibration. Then stamp how the visit felt and where you were.

• Three-part loop: sauna, cold water, rest, for 1 to 5 rounds. Your own times, from 15 seconds of cold to 20 minutes of rest
• Each part ends with its own vibration: falling taps when the sauna time is up, rising taps after the cold, a double tap when the rest is over
• You move on at your own pace: press Next when you are ready. Past the alert, the timer counts up in gold, no rush
• Presets to start from: Classic loop, Long evening and Quick visit, or set every number yourself
• Stamp every visit: Cozy, Clear, Floaty, Totonoi or Sleepy, plus the place and a note
• Your sauna log on the watch: visits, this month, places, weeks in a row, and celebrations for visit 10, 25, 50 and 100
• A tile shows the running part with a Next button, and a watch face complication counts it down; one tap starts your loop
• One price. No subscription, no ads, no account, no data collected
• TalkBack, large text and reduced motion. 17 languages, Arabic right to left

Safety first: do not wear your watch in the hot room unless its maker says it can take the heat. Start the loop before you go in, leave the watch outside, and put it back on for the cold water and the rest. The times are your own alerts, not advice; leave whenever you want. Saunaloop is a timer and a log. It does not measure your body or give health advice.
