Last update April 2025 crashed, However a new release solves the problem. The application has a new design. We will give you a second chance.

Can't register as a new user in the app. After receiving it late not in time for Christmas; no apology from customer service who didn't process my order. Unimpressed and will return if doesn't get sorted. Sorted only in Jan after chasing Customer Service. 2026 update: 2nd watch-replaced screen as cracked even with screen protector. Ironically SIM contract ended & 3 math later multiple email requests to reinstate and no replies to finalize. Terrible product, company service! AVOID!

★☆☆☆☆ Marc Leadstone · Jul 3, 2025

I really struggle to believe that this is released by an actual company. There are so many bugs and it is so intuitive that I can only suspect that it was designed in Chinese for a Chinese market and had been terribly converted to a Spanish product which is then translated to other languages with each step adding new irritating bugs and weird translations

★★☆☆☆ Antonio · May 9, 2026

Smartwatch plus 2. Lot of missed functionalities, vibrate not working, impossible to customize wallpapers, impossible to change class mode wallpaper, impossible to change night mode hours, impossible to set audio profiles and time schedules for them, others missing functionalities. Lot of work to be done!
