Good but recent issues, I use it to order lunch at work and everything has worked well until recently, my site keeps disappearing from the app, even though it's the only one I ever order from. It used to remember, but now every time I want to order, I have to re-enter the registration code.

Buggy. It doesn't help save time. It's way simpler to just pay at the cafeteria vs using this app

Unable to create an account and there's no useful feedback to tell me what I need to do differently. When I go back to try something different it clears all my info, and I have to type it all in again. Such a waste of time! I wish the café that used to use Ratify did not switch to this app. Avg 1.3-star reviews of an app that barely functions for the few people who can use it and no developer responses. Are you even trying?

Awful app, never works. Used for ordering ahead but the time slots are always "not available" after you complete your order. It does not just let you choose a new time slot but requires you to choose a new time AND enter your entire order again. It wastes so much time. Our company isn't even listed on the options must use the qr code if you rei stall which you must do often. Crashes often and just buffers 90% of my orders. This app is a joke.
