Comments on Savour by Global Payments for Android

★★★★☆ Ken Perna (he him) · Jun 4, 2025

The app works great for me. I have pre-ordered several times and the food was ready with special requests I added.

★★★★☆ Paul McLaughlin · Jul 15, 2026

Adequate experience. Needs an options for asap and at-counter pickup.

★☆☆☆☆ Janice Janice · Jul 25, 2024

Unable to create an account and there's no useful feedback to tell me what I need to do differently. When I go back to try something different it clears all my info, and I have to type it all in again. Such a waste of time! I wish the café that used to use Ratify did not switch to this app. Avg 1.3-star reviews of an app that barely functions for the few people who can use it and no developer responses. Are you even trying?

★☆☆☆☆ Cathy Ortega · Jul 8, 2025

Awful app, never works. Used for ordering ahead but the time slots are always "not available" after you complete your order. It does not just let you choose a new time slot but requires you to choose a new time AND enter your entire order again. It wastes so much time. Our company isn't even listed on the options must use the qr code if you rei stall which you must do often. Crashes often and just buffers 90% of my orders. This app is a joke.

★☆☆☆☆ Patrick Langtry · Oct 8, 2025

Buggy. It doesn't help save time. It's way simpler to just pay at the cafeteria vs using this app

★☆☆☆☆ David walker · Aug 9, 2026

Horrible, can't order lunch on the app ahead of time, can only order dinner on Sundays and unable to edit items at the kiosk
