With the new update, it was much faster and user-friendly. Booked my taxi trip from Al Dhait to Marian. The booking process was very smooth and taxi arrived as per the estimated time.

I bought the plastic card of RASTA & have enjoyed the benefit of the same traveling in intercity buses. Recently, was denied the boarding bus at RAK Bus station, leaving for Dubai, by the officials posted there, reason given - I have not bought physical ticket from the counter & they are giving preference to those who have paper ticket even if they came late & standing behind me in the queue. The reason was not satisfactory. My request is to kindly honor the RASTA card, same as paper ticket.

Poor way designed, not able to navigate properly for area need to travel, doesn't provide option to recharge saqr card. App needs serious modification to make it user-friendly. Maybe tieup with Dubai Noll can educate Saqr app development and help to improvise in the ways Dubai Noll is successfully running. Relying on with Google Maps for bus timings.

This system has bugged, when you booked by card and the system error or loses connectivity, when you go back to book again you will now have two ongoing book. Both booking will be billed unless the other driver cancelled your booking. I experience it the other driver is calling me asking where I am when im already on another taxi. After arriving home I receive the second bill on my card after 5 minutes. Always use cash when booking or pay by card but not by app.

Useless app and loss for the user, taxi fare starts when booking confirmed regular it was 4 AED start of meter when I board it was already 7.25 AED when I saw. Driver said it's company rule.
