Poor app not able to log in with valid credentials, it keeps saying invalid username/password. With same credentials am able to log in desktop. Kindly address for better usage.

Horrible App: I can't log in in this app. Though I'm existing customer, and I have the credentials. I tried several times but failed even Register/Forgot Password not working and not sending OTP.

Don't invest with SBI they have very poor and outdated processes used to trouble customers. My 8 lakh rupees are stuck with them.
