SBMG Rajasthan is built for multiple user roles including citizens, sanitation workers, village officers, block level officers, district-level authorities, and state officials. The app streamlines waste collection, road sweeping, drain cleaning, and other essential sanitation activities through geo-tagged photo uploads & QR code scanning.

• Common Service Centers (CSC) Reports: Upload geo-tagged ‘Before & After’ images of CSC cleaning.
• RRC Reports : Upload geo- tagged “before & After” images of waste dumping & fillup daily data of RRC.
• Wage Management: Upload monthly wage receipts.
• Complaint Resolution: Reply with geo-tagged images of resolved complaints.

🏢 Office Login for Authorities (Multi-Level Access)

SBMG Rajasthan provides pre-defined credentials based secure login for various administrative roles:
1. Gram Panchayat Level (VDO) – View complaints of allocated GP only, manage worker reports.
2. Block Level (BDO) – Monitor sanitation activities & complaints across GPs in allocated block.
3. District Level (CEO & ACEO) – Monitor sanitation activities & complaints across GPs in allocated District.
4. State Level (SMD) – Monitor sanitation activities & complaints across GPs in whole state.

Each level can access detailed reports on door-to-door waste collection(geo-tagged images), road sweeping(geo-tagged images), drain cleaning(geo-tagged images), CSC cleaning (geo-tagged images), RRC report(geo-tagged images & forms data), Wages data(monthly receipts) and contractor details(filled by VDO).
