The new features are good; however, we cannot get the meter reading directly. The on-demand feature is also not functioning properly. Even after using the on-demand option, the current reading available on the meter is not visible. It should display the present meter reading in real time.

Smart Meter reading displays have not been loading for the last few days almost 7–8 days. Please fix ASAP. I can't see my consumption on a daily basis. Do doubt App is good.💯 now after 12 days smart starts working but does not show any readings for the current month even not for current year 2026. It is showing only december upto 2025 readings and records. Ridiculous developer....useless

Previous version was far better than current version. You can't see current reading of meter in latest version. Previous version was having more transparency
