I have just downloaded the new version of the app, and it is not user-friendly ... I paid for a CRIF report that I cannot download; and my accounts are jumbled on the screen. I prefer to view my current account instead of savings account as soon as I open the interface page.

48 hours the application gives me "The services is currently not available we currently working on it..." this bank app is it not game or pics app. The problem still available, plz find solution to solving it.

My experience with Bank of Jordan was extremely bad. The app is down most of the time, and money was deducted from my account by mistake more than once. Worst of all, my funds were frozen without any legal reason. I had to go to the branch myself, argue loudly just to get my money back, then I withdrew my entire balance, destroyed my card, and closed the account permanently. I do not recommend dealing with them at all. Your money is not safe with this bank.

The app is completely unusable, I have a Xiaomi 15T a sub flagship phone capable of handling anything but in this app I struggle to load or do any operations even though I've complained multiple times, I've used multiple other bank apps such as iskan mobile, and they run completely fine, but if I want to send a CLIQ transfer I have to close and open the app 20 times for it to work otherwise it keeps loading over and over it never runs out, so I have to keep closing it and opening it.
