1- Missing Payment Status: Downloaded PDF bills only show the amount. They don't state if the bill has actually been paid, which is useless for my records. 2- Missing March Bill: After Kahramaa replaced the water meter in February 2026, I was told I had to pay the water bill for both February and March. I paid both, but the app only shows the February bill and is missing the March record. 3- Broken Downloads: The PDF download icon frequently fails to work when clicked.

Very bad experience after the latest update. I can not check my bills. It keeps loading with the kahrama logo, without allowing me to select or pay, no fix for a long time.
