It's a good app. Would like an option to have the lights on the Swith Go glass to only light up during a cycle and not always on the whole time the device is on. The lights should turn off when the cycle is finished.

.half of the 1-star reviews are idiots that think the ghost 2 is app compatible. The other half don't know how to email support or reset/power down a device and reboot. The app is just as finicky as puff cos but more settings. Yea it sometimes won't connect...so did puff cons. Flip the switch and try again. Imagine complaining you can't custom lights when that's at least 30% of your battery... you don't need rgb. And you damn sure don't get massive rgb from the s2 so why care. Leave it off 😒

Why make an app if it doesn't work. Step your game up. No wonder people prefer puff co. Download an app and for two days try to navigate and switch the device it's searching for. But no it stays on a switch 2. I don't have that. I have a ghost 2. Step your game up

Every update they do, they remove amazing features and the app crashes more. Emailed them, they say they will bring back features in next update.... never does and just moves stuff around. Also, why does it crash to a completely Grey screen when you power its heat function. No new update since then, been weeks. Sad face 🙁
