Terrible. Prompts for front/back of license are unclear, poor feedback of correct capture, no option to retry so if the image is blurred, or you make a mistake you need to start the entire online account application again.

Should not even be required to use an app. Had to download twice as the first time it said it could not use my camera even tho permissions enabled. Had to verify twice, it says it's done and submit application on the website but won't submit.

Terrible app that doesn't work half the time. Have let the bank know, but I don't think anything will happen. A real shame for a bank that says it's all about customer first
