So far I've not had any issues with the SC2 standard. Saw some comments about having issues to connect and at first I was having the same issues too however I figured out I was holding the button for 5 seconds which turns it off AND resets the device. If you hold it for 2 and release it'll just turn off. Upon turning back on it reconnected no problem. Haven't used it a bunch so maybe this will change and if so I'll update my review.

Since the last update to Version 1.1 the app no longer works on my Samsung phones. App states, "Device is not connected," even though the phone and the SC2 are connected and working OK. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I had no issues with Version 1.0. 12/09/2023 app update still not working. UPDATE, I have changed my star rating as the 17/09/2023 app update now works again.

26-09-2023 - review updated. Have had some comms with Schubert support and app now updated. App now works as expected (had to remove pairing and re-pair - app does take a while to register the new pairing).

Like a lot here the Schubert SC2 app doesn't recognize my helmet's SC2 comms unit and also shows "Sena Cycling"! I've updated the firmware, done a factory reset and reinstalled the app, all to no avail! The helmet isn't responding to voice commands or pairing intercoms. So far, the helpline (after waiting over 7 days for a response) just told me to reload the app! I've loved my previous Schubert comms systems and helmets, but this is now taking the biscuit!! Come on Schubert/Sena sort it out!

Can't get it to pair with my phone. The phone sometimes sees it and paid, but the app says it's not paired.

So my app also stopped working. Intercom fails connect but still plays music but does not recognize in app anymore. Same issue as other reviewers. Terrible update and error handling from the app releasers. Errors occurring and this is not a horrible thing, but not recognizing the error even if the community and reviews are telling this is just a bad MANAGEMENT.
