Great unit but also had trouble pairing blue tooth but after realizing that I was trying to pair on intercom not phone and waiting to hear prompt saying pair phone it has all now paired with helmet and bike unit bmw gs 1250 all now ok I have paired samsung s20 ultra

I just installed it. I like the device, but the initial pairing process is a little cumbersome. Also, the app can only be updated with a PC. I think once I get adjusted to the button controls I'll like it even more. Additional voice prompts for volume control and other connections would be helpful. The official YouTube video was good for install, nothing was mentioned operation. They should incorporate an operation instruction as well in the video.

Works just fine, except needs desktop app to upgrade firmware (not a big deal). It only needs Android auto mod to be able to run on bike's screen and utilize physical play/pause and voice commands. At this stage, you need to disconnect bike and connect second phone to control intercom.

My HJC Smart 20B connected just fine, however I did things in the following order (apps alot of times need to be open before connecting it's associated hardware) opened the app, turned on the unit, entered phone pairing mode through the 20B's configuration menu, then connected through the app not my phones' settings (the link on apps main page that says "connect your headset"). Haven't had a chance to use much of the features of the app yet, so I can't speak for its functionality at this point.

Terrible. If I had read the reviews prior to buying the 10b headset, I would have never bought it. The app is junk. Won't connect to intercom. Music and phone are the only thing that works. App says Bluetooth connection lost but its connected and works with music. Galaxy s21

As others have stated, although my phone (Galaxy S20 Ultra with latest update) and helmet are connected the app won't recognize the Bluetooth connection. One of the reason for purchasing the HJC i90 with the 10B was for the "smart"features included with the app. This app is completely useless. HJC and Sena need to get their acts together and fix an important part of the smart experience for their BT/intercom system.
