★★★★★ Wow. Terrible instructions. The monitor will not connect to the network. There is no opportunity to enter the network key. Update: the instructions are a little dated... I called tech support and once we got past a couple critical steps missing from the instructions, it worked fine. 4 stars because the charger monitor side only works on chargers 6 amps or fewer. Tech support was good.

★★★★★ Once I got in contact with tech support things went more smoothe. The problem we had with this unit, which was so frustrating is they apparently don't have enough staff for the volume of calls they receive.... I left my number several times in a three-day period trying to get help. Once I got in contact with the tech support person it was great he was very knowledgeable about the product, and we resolved my issues quickly. The problem ended up being with my phone, when I connected to the device my phone discovere "connected but no internet" so it connected to a connection which had an internet connection, I then had to put my android device in "airplane mode" to get it to connect to the device, so I could give the device my network access code, so I could then go on with the set-up process. Now this sounds easy enough, but it was how the directions was written and the fact that not all phones search till they find internet service so not all will have this problem, but they should offer specific directions for android and directions for ios phones as they act so differently... I would have given 5 stars if it had not taken so long to get in touch with tech support...

★★☆☆☆ If it were possible to leave zero stars I would. The app flat out doesn't work; the instructions for setting up are unclear, requiring a call to Tech Support (which also proves fruitless). After considerable time and effort, I stumbled somehow into the process that allowed me access to the Wi-Fi setup, never to be duplicated. A call to Tech Support led me down the rabbit hole of the goofy Setup instructions included in the app. Poking around I was able at last to register the device itself -- which never connected with my Wi-Fi. Worse, the charger itself didn't work correctly: after a short time its display indicated my car battery was fully charged, the device then going into maintenance mode. Trouble is, the battery was only charged to about 15% according to my tester. Absolute piece of junk.

★★☆☆☆ App is trash. Won't connect the device (SC1366) to Wi-Fi. Without the connection, the app does nothing.
