I ordered the same drink everyday every day, and they cannot get it right. Why sometimes I order something, and they give me what I order the right way and the next day it's not right. Example, all I wanted in my strawberry banana smoothie was extra like mocha drizzle, protein powder and espresso. They made my drink again today. They didn't put espresso in it and argued with me that they did when I couldn't even taste espresso. When they make it right. Then they charge me an extra $4 just so.

IDK where else to say this but the Cherry Cove Re bull Infusion is broken in the app. It says "Choose Flavors: Two Minimum" but the only option is coconut, so it's impossible to order the cherry cove through the app for pickup. Have to make my app order plus an additional order at the window. Hope it can get fixed.

No specifications if they take walk-ups. I ordered through the mobile app walked to the location close to my house and then was told they wouldn't give me my order because I wasn't in a vehicle. A lady came out and told me they don't take walk-ups, but some do but not all locations offer it and due to their location they couldn't give me my order or issue a refund. So now I'm out $18 for my 3 drinks because I decided to walk 20 min and get a coffee.
