I enjoy using the app, but there have been a few times when it won't let me place my order because there is a problem with something in my cart, but it won't tell me what, then when I go to the drive through, all the items I had in my cart are available. Its irritating because I then get less points when my rewards are scanned.

I finally got to Bestie statues, only to find out I have to keep buying Scooters over and over again to keep the statues??? That's AAAAA too much money to get barely any rewards, discounts and such. Even Starbucks keeps my Gold Statues after I reached it and only disappeared if I didn't visit after a certain amount of months. So to keep my statues, I'd have to drop around $60 a month for barely anything. That needs reworked

App freezes as soon as I click the drink I want. Couldn't get coupons applied. Fan of the coffee, you know, 5 stars for that and the service, but this app does not seem to work, despite recent updates

"Order Ahead" is a scam. The drink is not made until you arrive but if you select the wrong store, you can not contact anyone to get a refund. There is no cancel feature in the app. If the store you sent the order to do not have a phone number, the "corporate" number tells you to send an email, where you do not get a response. If you make a "ticket" through the website, they tell you that each Scooters is individually owned and to call the store. The store that doesn't have a phone.

I had to go back through to get my order right, and they didn't give me my points for my birthday or my bar for my ride or die day
