A well-designed app, very easy to make multiple transactions with some tutorials included. They just included disputes of debit cards in the app, so it is great! It would be nice if our purchases in credit cards display with no waiting to check in a different section. Thank you!

My experience with the Scotiabank app has been extremely frustrating and concerning. I am unable to log in to my account, which is unacceptable for a banking app that people rely on to access their money. What makes it worse is the customer service wait time — around 38 minutes just to speak with someone. For a major bank, this is very disappointing. The app needs serious improvement in reliability, login access, and customer support.

Updated the app such that I can no longer pay my credit card from my chequing account. Now when I try to do a transfer it says I need two accounts to do so. Worked fine last week, now the button to pay for my card is GONE. Really?

I changed my password a month ago, then online banking kicked me out, requested I should do it again (2nd time in 3mon, so I call customer support I answer, I kid you not, 7 authentication questions, my name, my bank numbers, my account balance, my last deposit, my phone # attached to my account, etc. It wasn't enough, I have no idea why Scotiabank kicks you out, or why customer support is so horrible great bank horrible online banking and appalling customer support, so many questions super sus
