I appreciate the mobile apps and the functionality of it. And the simplicity of being able to transfer money between accounts, which was the issue between credit unions I was previously a member of, So I'll give a five-star rating for that saves me a lot of time of having to run into a bank and dealing with tellers. Do better SCOTIA!!! This app is terrible. I can't log into it to save my life. Every time I try it says that I'm timed out even though I go through the 2FA that they made me sign up for that I did not want to sign up for. Not only does it lock me out of the app, but subsequently it locks me out of my online banking on my computer as well the only way to resolve the issue is I have to call the bank and wait on hold to have a tech support rep fix it. This app sucks. Get it together Scotia!!!

Only mobile deposits about 1/3 of the checks I try. All the same check types. it's a big reason I use mobile banking. The app freaks out if it's not PRISTINE numbers and handwriting. Get better Scotiabank app
