This app is so bad it has made considering completely switching banks, they're 2-factor authentication does not work half the time you need it to, the app freezes constantly and has now locked me out of my cra account because the app is programmed so badly. That's not to mention just how often Scotiabank's services just fail entirely. I do not understand how a bank as big as Scotia can have made an app that works so poorly most of the time

I changed my password a month ago, then online banking kicked me out, requested I should do it again (2nd time in 3mon, so I call customer support I answer, I kid you not, 7 authentication questions, my name, my bank numbers, my account balance, my last deposit, my phone # attached to my account, etc. It wasn't enough, I have no idea why Scotiabank kicks you out, or why customer support is so horrible great bank horrible online banking and appalling customer support, so many questions super sus

Went to pay bills and the app says I need to have a chequing account when I literally already have one? Why is it telling me to register when I already have a chequing account. It was not doing this before whatever update made it this way.

Trying to add Scotia to mynoayee at rbc, support told me to call rbc then told me to call acotua, then Scotia tells me yo call rbc. It's a never ending circle and scotia gas the eirst support I have ever seen
