Exceptional service with your online banking heat transfers bill payment anything you need to do is available on your app, and it works beautifully I've been a customer for 15 years or more I don't ever have any issues with that and if I do, it's a quick call to your representatives by phone and the issue is resolved immediately your security features are second to none. Would prefer if this app could take me to my Scene+ profile directly and membership shown as barcode to scan. Instead, they show an eleven digits number that you have to type in when needed. Not practical. Also requires downloading the Scene+ app separately so that is inconvenient.

This app functions well if you don't leave Canada or change your sim card. If you travel frequently.and change the sim card in different countries your 2-step verification is useless. Instead having the option of using an email address for verification and a few different phone numbers like Scotiabank allows only one phone number. Maybe one of it guys should go traveling for a while to some different countries and experience how this 2-step verification is functioning in the real world

Pour customer service and pour check. Hold policy, they don't care about their clients, which is why I'm soon switching to another bank altogether. They like to hold your money snd keep you from getting your own money out

Your business accounts at Scotia can only be seen 18 months back and none can be accessed with the laptop only with you cell phone app. I am seriously considering leaving.
