Would prefer if this app could take me to my Scene+ profile directly and membership shown as barcode to scan. Instead, they show an eleven digits number that you have to type in when needed. Not practical. Also requires downloading the Scene+ app separately so that is inconvenient.

This app is somehow worse than actually banking at Scotiabank. It has severely limited account functionality (forcing you to log on to a computer), half the time it doesn't allow the paste function to enter the verification code and changing anything on it seems to always result in a "try again later" message.

Your visa statement balance is misleading on the app. I don't appreciate this. Scotia bank and visa know this. It's an intentional tactic. Please correct this nonsense. I

I went to go and transfer money from my savings account to my checking all to find out last minute that they are doing maintenance and now I can't access ANY of my money. There was absolutely no notification about this. And when it said it was working again it wasn't at all. Scotiabank is one of the worst banks ever. They are constantly undergoing maintenance and when your app works it's usually within either a few days to a week that it ends up crashing again. Im very upset.
