Scrabboard Solver is an AI-based Scrabble solver with photo recognition. Take a photo of a real Scrabble board or import a screenshot: the app automatically analyzes the game and finds the best words to optimize your score.

Thanks to its neural networks, Scrabboard Solver recognizes the board, its angle, the placed letters and your rack directly from the image. The analysis runs locally on your device, without sending your photo to a remote server.

The app only requires 2 options: the dictionary and the board type. Everything else is automatically inferred from the photo or screenshot.

Very good app but it doesn't recognize blanc tiles as the text on those tiles are light blue

Gives words that can't be used. The letter next to a word given by this app won't work as a connected word and cause the suggested word to not work. Did this twice in five minutes. Example: Hone is on the board, and Vino is suggested. The O of Vino is shown in the suggestion as next to the H in hone going up from that. The game doesn't recognize the word vino in that slot as valid. The other O in hone is ready in use by another word.

I gave this only 1 star because I followed the directions after watching the tutorial, and the board would constantly show up with every word missing a letter or two. "Stand" would show up spelled as "stnd" and so forth. There would also be letters on the board that were disconnected from everything else, so this resulted in the app not working at all. I am very disappointed in Scabbard Solver... it didn't "solve" anything for me.
