Scrap Heap is a backpack roguelike auto battler built on one honest problem: everything you own takes up real space, and there is never enough of it. The ballast rack is brilliant, and only along the bottom edge. The corner crucible is dead weight anywhere but a corner. The toxic needlebed is wide enough to wreck any plan.

You will know exactly which item you want, and buy the other one, because the good one doesn't fit. That is the game: inventory management as a weapon.

Then you hit Fight and the auto battler resolves whatever you packed. No twitch, no micromanaging a battle. All the tension is in the packing.

What a run looks like
Pick a hero, take a route through the Furnace Spine, and shop the Salvage Yard between fights. Merge duplicate items into higher tiers. Rearrange the bag until it clicks. Fifteen rounds to the boss.

Cash out, or push your luck
Beat the boss and bank what you earned, or press on into endless mode while the pressure climbs and the payouts get ridiculous. Most runs don't end because the game got hard. They end because somebody got greedy.

Twelve heroes that want different things
Not twelve stat blocks with different portraits. Each hero has a kit and a doctrine that make you draft differently from round one. 95 items, 20 relics, 35 abilities, and synergy tags that pay you for committing instead of hoarding. No two bag builds play the same.

One daily run, the same for everyone
A new seed every day, identical for every player in the world. Same shops, same route, same boss. The only difference is what you pack.

Free to try, one payment to keep
The first hero and a complete fifteen-round run cost nothing. One purchase unlocks the other eleven heroes, endless mode and the ascension ladder. That is the only thing there is to buy.

No ads. No energy timers. No subscription. No loot boxes.

Plays offline, anywhere
A backpack roguelike you can finish on a plane. Runs are simulated on your phone and never need a connection. When you are online your save is backed up, so it follows you to a new phone.
