It would be nice if we have a profile that use the current settings at "per app profile" option. Because sometimes I don't won't the current resolution to change, but the "default" profile sometimes change the resolution to the default. A profile with name "current settings" that actually won't change the current settings would fix that for me, just like the "use current settings" option when receiving calls located on "more settings..." button. Apply it and I'll rate 5 stars! Thx for the app!

Yes, it changes screen resolution but is worthless. Once you change it you can't use almost everything.
