TMPAD (ThemedManager PerAppDownscale) controls Android's Game Mode API to apply per-app resolution scaling, FPS limits, and rendering backend selection, reducing GPU load significantly without modifying game files.
For example: at 0.5x scaling on a 1920×1080 device, the game will render at 960×540 (1/4 total pixel count). GPU-bound games can see up to 10x FPS improvement. Scaling is applied per app and non-invasively through the system Game Mode layer.

I'm using this Via Root method, overall I say it's extremely Good, and I'm Really Happy, but you need to fix 2 things 1. Some games can't show In Game Category I want you to Add option to manually add Games even apps not just those who are games, 2. Sometimes the app doesn't save the settings I set. Example: I put codm to scale 0.8 and FPS set to 60 but for some reason it goes to 90 FPS? My device doesn't even support such frame rate lol. Other times it wouldn't even register a change I want to make.

Installed it in the hopes of running my favorite game smoother on my phone. But when I make the scaling smaller, it just displays the app smaller too instead of dropping the resolution.

Worst app ever, I tried to cap my fps to 90 it said it finished, instead of capping it to 90 it capped it to 30, and now I can't fix it or do anything the reset all button doesn't work
