I have used this product for a long time because it is easy to use and captures what it claims to capture on my Android phone. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because I can't tell whether I already purchased the pro version over a year ago. Sometimes it won't produce the screen and remains blacked out. However, when it does this, I can usually try a different approach when trying to print the screenshot by using "share as" from the web app vs the programs' app. And I still see commercials running

Still working great on Android 13 / Good app, many good options... was expecting point with an arrow and get a magnifying preview to show something that is small on the image. Hopefully that can come with a future update. Still working fine on Android 11.

Android 14 has updated its policy regarding screenshots. User consent is now required. The first screenshot can be taken without issue, *but subsequent attempts will trigger a permission splash screen. *That kills taking fast consecutive screenshots. *Using the shake feature does not work, resulting in a Java popup error, then it turns off Screen Capture. In 2020, I rated this 4☆, however, I would now rate it 1☆, *reflecting a significant decrease in functionality.

Sane experience as others: After Android 14 update when you snapshot the Screen the want to use app keeps popping up and is included in the snapshot ruining it. No answer from support.
