My 5-year-old made the mistake of subscribing to their platform, and they deducted 1000 instantly from my account, I contacted scroll.in via email again and again, but they refused to pay back refund. My kid is a minor and if I take you to court then the court will also say that minors are not liable to pay any money without the permission of their parents. I did not authorise any payment. Refund my money or iam raising a complaint on jansunvayi portal against you.
