I wasn't even looking for an app like this, but I'm so glad I downloaded it. It helps you think twice before wasting your time. Lets you indulge for a little bit and reminds you again it's time to stop. I find the quotes on display a bit cringey and alpha-male-y, but that's fine I guess (you can change them to your own with pro)

PHONE-XIAOMI MI 9- when I get to the 3/3 which is the auto start it won't let me advance even after enabling auto start and removing battery optimization on the app. Fix this. EDIT: Closed the app multiple times, tried to see if that would solve it didn't. Cleared cache and repeated all the steps, still didn't work. Reinstalled the app multiple times and enabled all permissions before the app was even open, didn't work. There is a bug in third step where it won't let you advance.

In all honesty. This app is amazing and I get the intentions behind it. But just a social media app blocker, which many apps can do right now. I feel like there's no point with this one. I've been using this for a couple of days and the problem is that it doesn't block feeds, like reels and spotlight. I was looking for an app that does that, but I cannot find a good trustworthy app to use. Please add a setting to turn on only feed blockers, each time I get on to check messages, I end up in the feed
