So easy to use. Can easily transfer funds from one account to another and cash checks simply by signing them with your name and account number, take a picture of the front and back of the check and deposit the check.

I hate this bank! Merged with my old bank & for months it's been impossible to do anything! Have to go back to paying cash because they can't deposit my own check into my own account! My son has same last name as me & they will take my deposit & put it in his account or say my account isn't mine because I'm his payee so It's really only his, but they don't have an answer when I ask if he could control his own money then why would he have a payee. I hate this bank!!

App is unable to take photo of rear of check for mobile deposit with new update. It either does not recognize it took the photo, or/and when you try to take a manual photo it selects the wrong camera. So is impossible to take a photo, so I can deposit my check

I am not able to log into my account because I put in the wrong username or password. However, if I try to log into my account in the browser it works perfectly fine. If you're going to make a new app for no reason at least do it right

With the new update the app doesn't show an accurate balance unless you start a transfer. The idea of the app is to allow quick and easy access to account balances. This bug makes that impossible. This has been like this for months. How they haven't fixed this by now is unbelievable.
