CliëntApp is bedoeld voor zorgvragers en hun netwerk van familie en mantelzorgers voor het delen van informatie van de zorgvrager zoals zorgplannen, rapportages en metingen. Recent changes:
- Het is nu zichtbaar in de agenda dat er een medewerker is gekoppeld aan een zorgafspraak.
- Het is nu mogelijk om een foto of video uit het fotoboek te downloaden.
- Tijdens het invullen van mijn verhaal wordt nu een vraagteken getoond waarmee de gebruiker alsnog de voorbeeldtekst kan zien.
- Het is nu mogelijk te reageren op een chatbericht.
- Verschillende technische verbeteringen
