DO NOT CHANGE PHONES WHILE USING THIS APP. There's no way to log in and tie accounts together. ETA 4/19: shortly after I updated my review (I also reached out via contact form) I received word that tickets would be added from my old account to my current one but stickers cannot be awarded. So some resolution. ETA 4/21: After reaching out through their contact form I was able to get assistance and my tickets were manually added to my current profile. Success!

It worked fine in the lead up to the cup but ever since the day of the first local match (6/19), the game won't load at all. I tried after 9p, when all the spots are deactivated, in case it is a server thing, but it still wouldn't load. 2300 points lost to the ether. 😭 And of course there's no reply from support.

EDIT: App stopped working for days. After 4 days of not loading I finally get in and my entire account - including nearly 10k tickets - is wiped. Amazing.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
