Ok on my phone, however I don't like looking at a tiny screen. Why can't I install this on my laptop? Would be SO much simpler. Also, my husband doesn't even own a smartphone - not everyone does. The app works well so far (going on holiday at the end of this week) but it does have limitations for some people.

Cannot create account, will not recognize email or booking number. Can't book activities or access accommodation without this app, but it doesn't work.

Won't let me create an account, keeps telling me to use email address holiday was booked in, but it won't accept that email address. I just hope my children will still be able to do the activities that they want to when we arrive

Won't let me create account apparently not booked using that email which is false ridiculous thinking about cancelling already absolutely ridiculous can send me confirmation email but can't create account with the same email! As apparently no holiday with my email exists! First family holiday and now thinking twice about going elsewhere!
