I've had purchased a math book from this application and due to the poor facilities available if I was logging out repeatedly even after using login credentials it didn't use to accept. After that I reached out to them via mails. Still they haven't updated the service. After a while they have stopped replying to the mails. As I've purchased a book it was such a waste of money.

Content and all is good but the app itself is a trash, it is a pain to logins. It does not accept multiple logins, it will kick out by saying time out and when we try logging in it says that already has active login session. Cannot even create multiple accounts because phone numbers are made mandatory field. Just a trick to increase the number of accounts.
