Good set of options and customization. This Search Widget is an excellent replacement for the stock widget. It has way more options. For example; search bar colors can be changed. Search bar transparency. You can have custom options from within the search bar. For example; weather, music, alarm clock, and it works really well with Google Lens.

Everything else about this is great, but I'd like to ask how difficult it would be to link the search to a custom app? I'm using a relatively niche web browser, and I understand that taking all browsers into account would be difficult since there's so many of them. I'd really like it if there was a way to make the widget simply open up the search bar in my browser by having it points to the app. A simple magnifying glass icon could be used for the custom search's icon, maybe?

Doesn't work with DuckDuckGo. The widget just opens the browser. I can barely name this action as "search", because I could open the DuckDuckGo app without this one.

Not working for samsung finder app after oneui 6 update.... please fix this

Some recommendations: 1. Allow to set app to tile. For example, I can't use clocks icon, because I am not using default Google clock (it is awful app in reality, so I use Samsung clocks). 2. While idea is to create material experience, the fact that you can't change colors for basic theme is crazy (or at least changing the bgr gray to better one) 3. Mb adds some minimalistic options or less fat bar. 4. I can't open lens inside Google app, forces to download separate g lens app
