One of the bad services I have seen, humiliating. I open accounts for long time I have been a customer in this bank, funny enough I travel and when I came back I received a letter from so call swedish dept collectors which in the letter it says I haven't paid my telephone bill, so am registered in bad debt, immediately seb bank block all my accounts because of 500sek dept. poor services.

Most useless "företag" banking experience. 24/7 support yeah right. Takes them often weeks to reply to support requests, nearly 6 months later they still can't even send a card properly, can't even send messages from the app only read them, can't do things like to transfer salary in the app, really basic functions for a supposedly business banking app and a garbage banking experience overall.
