Works after registration. What's not working is the scan of the passport, but you can type that in manually.

Working very well, very easy to use after getting username and password from officers on gmail. If you can't get username and password within 1 hour, it's better to call them so they can send your username and password immediately. Sometimes happened that immigration can't get your confirmation maybe because of spam or maybe you can get but you may need to find in spam message. Need a little bit improvement in sending fast username and password other service is awesome. Thank you for this app.

It seems to work only from within of Thailand. If you use a virtual private network (VPN), make sure, it's deactivated while using this app. In the last field, which is not translated (- one star), enter "TENANT" (for yourself) or "GUEST".

This app is great, comparing to my previous experiences trying to notify alien residence at the Immigration Office or through the website (which were horrible). It's just not practical to go to the immigration each time an alien stay in your place. I tried a few times to create account through website, never received username and password. I then gave up. This app, although respond slowly when selecting answers from the list, it is still ok.

Another application/webservice that does not work properly. The only reason is to make you believe it's alright to force you to pay a hefty fine when you show up at the immigration. "Farang have money! Farang must pay!" Let's leave this country asap.

I know it can work because I have done it before. But having to constantly open this app all day just to hope the server is working at the time for several days and still fail? Why would you bother going with this policy if you cannot even manage (or even bother) to keep it working??

Terrible, the app needs a massive improvement. None of the website and the app are working probably. Can't even log in to do anything, don't even bother to fine us for the late registration when your system is an absolute nightmare.
