I was having issues logging in, but then figured out that I needed to turn off the VPN on my phone so that I could get passed the login screen and use the app as usual. The app still works great, it just won't function if you have a VPN running in the background. I hope this helps some of the people experiencing issues with the app. Update (1/27/2026): Just bumped up my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars after downloading the latest update. Love to see that SSFCU has finally partnered with Belle!

The login is so frustrating with this app. Enacted Balance Preview and acts like it isn't even on. Have Remembered Me on, and once again acts like it isn't even on. And the lack of the app sending me a code to prove it is me. Have to request a code again, and sometimes it gets to the point they lock my account. Just got this account and already planning on leaving.
