I'm sorry other members are having problem with the app and I trust they will be resolved soon. I've used the app since it's creation and have never had a problem with it. I believe I've used every function of the app, checked account balances, deposited checks, transferred funds between accounts, downloaded statements, you name It can be a little slow at times, but it was more important to get the job done I was trying to accomplish, which was. Thank you for providing the service.

App doesn't work at all, can't log in with my username and password, but the web access works still.

This app really is slow. I have another banking app, and when logging in, it just goes. Being how big ssfcu is, y'all need to do a better job and update this apps checking and verification faster. Really, taking 2 minutes or more to log in is bad.
