I had difficulty accessing a current credit score because all the information on file regarding past accounts is from several years ago, and has none of the recent accounts listed in it. And I think this has negatively impacted my credit score.... unfortunately.

I was having issues logging in, but then figured out that I needed to turn off the VPN on my phone so that I could get passed the login screen and use the app as usual. The app still works great, it just won't function if you have a VPN running in the background. I hope this helps some of the people experiencing issues with the app. Update (1/27/2026): Just bumped up my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars after downloading the latest update. Love to see that SSFCU has finally partnered with Belle!

Very good bank, excellent service and benefits. Just will like more Atms that has deposit feature. Only one located at bank. The others that are in stripes or Walgreens just for only withdraws.

Tried EVERY cash borrow app just to find out this bank isn't compatible with any of them. Like seriously I need to borrow some money, and I can't because the SSFCU bank has beef with money borrowing apps I guess. Absolutely wack
