Worked 99% of the time. Locked up twice, unplugged camera...closed program, plugged it back in, worked. Only issue I have is I wish I could calibrate the temp readings, they are 10 degrees low, I do not trust it. But the visuals are what I need to track heat loss.

Works as advertised. Fast install and download, camera connected within a second. The picture in picture mode of IR and visible spectrum is a great perk. I was able to limit access to a single photos folder as part of the setup dialog, which was also reassuring.

The camera connects, but there is no image, I hear it clicking but nothing. Uninstalled, reinstalled, and it worked for a little while. But I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling it almost every time that I want to use it.

Just got a Seek Nano the other day. The app only displays frames from the camera half the time, and when it does display frames, it freezes after a few seconds and no longer works. I'm using it with an Android phone. Please fix!

Doesn't work. Nothing more to say. Plug in the camera before, during, or after. It doesn't matter. The app refuses to see it.

Doesn't work. Is the old thermal app that no longer works? Why list Seek, the new app, and thermal the old app. If one diesnt work make the new have a total diff name. Hate to buy something and have to deal with junk. Will return the Nano and purchase a reputable brand
