This is a straight forward app with attentive support staff. It's nice to see the value of my card without waiting in line. The point is to reduce friction from the parking lot to the ball machine, and the app does just that.

Sign up email verification lagged and once set up, could not even access my profile to add money. I'll stick to using my contactless credit card or NFC payment on my phone.

Nothing Works. I can't add any facilities, and after trying to add my local course by scanning the barcode at a machine, it literally took the entire ball machine down. As soon as I scanned the barcode it broke the ball machine and took it offline. Whatever this is supposed to do, it doesn't, and it's actually a liability.

This app serves no purpose. I installed, created an account and responded to email. Load app, asks what size bucket and that's it. No way to pay. No way to add a credit card. I went online and searched. Found a PDF from another company. It says to go to pro shop and have them add money to the account. Seems kind if stupid and in my case, my driving range doesn't have a pro shop. PDF mentions adding money using ball dispenser. That option does not appear. A waste of time.
