The MobileNation member selfcare app is an easy way for you to manage your account right from your wireless phone!
First time users can get a new user name and password for the site by clicking the Forgot Login or Get A New Login at the bottom of the sign in page. Then, simply enter the account number and submit.
A text message with login credentials will be sent to the phone designated as the primary account holder's phone.
With MobileNation member selfcare you can • View account information • Check account balance • Make a payment to the account balance with a credit card • Make a money wallet payment with a credit card • View all statements (past and present)

Beyond Annoyed I ask for ur Username! And then come to find out it's your acct number they are wanting. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS and even resetting the password the app would never work and let me in with my username and password or acct number and password. And that's with resetting the f*ing password more than once! So annoyed and too top it off the website or the phone number aren't working... Seriously I just want to pay my freaking bill with a different debit card then usual. Why oh why do you have to make that so difficult!?
