I am a long term us cellular customer my husband uses autopay for my phone bill he has for nearly 20 years. USCELLULAR I would recommend to anybody. When we had a huge blizzard a few years ago everyone for 50 miles lost power and phone service. I still had phone service and all my friends were coming around to use my phone. I Must have referred about a hundred people to switch to us cellular prepaid. Many of those people are still using this service.

Pesters me with Captchas after I put in my password to make it harder and very annoying to pay my bill. NOT appreciated. This app is barely adequate. ... The latest update makes the "keyboard" sticky, so you are forced to e-n-t-e-r-_-e-v-e-r-y-_-c-h-a-r-a-c-t-e-r-_-v-e-r-y-_-s-l-o-w-l-y and you better get you coupon code right! What do you mean you don't have a coupon code? Your coupon code is invalid! Didn't enter a coupon code? Your coupon code is invalid!... s-t-a-r-t-_-o-v-e-r-

I don't like this app, and I don't like US cellular. The app provides zero benefit to a prepaid account if you use refill cards to replenish your balance. And the US cellular customer service absolutely sucks. I've had service with US cellular since 2008 and their signal strength is marginal and drops calls and connections. They advertise good deals but when you try to buy one the deal changes and costs a lot more. I got sick of the BS and got another phone on Straight Talk. Works great.

The worst customer service experience I've ever had trying g to add hotspot data via chat support. Recommend switching to AT&T.
