★★★★★ Excellent app for getting you thinking straight when it cimes to why you eat the way you do and helping get it straightened out again. I lost 25 lbs in about 3 months without having to "work at it". Thanks Living Lean!

★★★★★ I can't tell, yet I need some time before I could give a fair evaluation.

★★★★★ The app is more helpful than I thought it would be, it really helps you stay mindful and feel like you’re in charge. I like that I can listen to the audios when I’m driving – the weekend visualization on my way home from work on Fridays really gets me feeling less nervous and more in control.

★★☆☆☆ Edit: I stated the Living fit course, which requires time spent walking to be entered. The app does not have this available. Thanks. Cannot record activity minutes in the app. The website has an "Activity Log" within the Living Fit course that is not available in the app.

★★☆☆☆ Neither the app nor website is working at the moment - neither show any of the courses I am taking. I tried logging out and back in and the same thing. That there are issues is not the problem - that you haven't posted/emailed or done anything to let people know there are issues is a problem. I shouldn't have to guess when your system is having difficulties and waste my time trying to determine if the problem is on my end or yours. Respect the user and let us know when there are issues.

★★☆☆☆ The app does not allow you to watch the content. It gives a screen that says it will take you to a browser in 5 seconds, but it doesn't ever take you to the content and there is no other way to load it. App is pretty much useless.
