I've had the most unpalatable experience with this app I installed it over a year ago hoping to invest in self key. I deposited 476 USDT in my wallet, then discovered that I couldn't swap it for KEY. Now the app won't even let me withdraw my USDT, and I've been trying for over a year. I can't even talk to anybody. No customer care, no support, NOTHING! My USDT is just stuck!!

Bad experience so far. I sent over $1000 usd of Lever which is an erc-20 token from Binance to the Safeway wallet. In the wallet the Lever amount is shown but the usd value says zero for some reason. I've been trying to get my tokens back little by little however every time I try to send the coins to a different wallet it says transfer pending and when I come out of the app and go back in nothing has happened. The lever balance is the same. I have $36 of Eth in the wallet for $1.14 gas fee
