I seriously love this concept and the functions this app offers! Now that I found this app, I realized that this is exactly what I have been searching for as a way to manage and grow my emotional bandwidth. Sadly, I got a glitch right at the tutorial! So I currently feel stuck! Certainly I can reflect on this as practice in the app, but, the glitch remains... I cannot wait to have that fixed, so I can try the app to the fullest. I plan on subscribing if the experience can be smooth!
