Been using the app for a while now, overall a good app. Only issue I find is that after an upgrade, I have to reconfigure the login - I lose the pin login. I am forced to log in using credentials then set a pin again. This doesn't happen with my Nab trade and Comm Sec app. Can you fix this?

Personally I love the app. It might not be as flashy as some of the other platforms, but it is simple, which is important. Very easy to view my performance. This isn't specific to the app, but I've tried a couple of other platforms and self wealth is by far my favorite trading platform. I have personally recommended this service to a number of people looking to start investing. As long as they maintain how their service currently runs. I will likely never change to another platform.

The 17/7/25 update and prior versions contains a bug in account->trading account settings->cash account where the transaction history only contains date, time and description but no credit/debit amounts nor balance and no option for landscape orientation either.

First time in stock market and I have had this app for six months. I find it easy to use and the one-off fee to trade stocks is well priced. The stocks are yours and not held in a trust. Seriously I don't know why people are giving it a low rating. Highly recommend

Please advise how to remove the new giant "Diversity in one trade" advert? Also, could the "A" be removed from next to every dollar amount shown (to improve readability), and instead just have a single reference to AUD, or a drop-down to designate the currency to use? Also, could the Holdings filter that is shown (eg: 1D change) be made twice the size to make it easier to press? Cheers ;)

New app is garbage. I follow a real time data chart alongside my Self wealth portfolio. On Self wealth the data seems to be 20 minutes delayed whereas previously you could see the live price for any given company by refreshing the screen. Now it will jump between a live price and a 20-minute delayed price every time you refresh. This essentially renders the app useless for buying/selling unless you're in the business of losing money. Is there any timeframe of when this will be fixed?

Once you are in the app it is tolerable. The recent update that added dark mode also logged me out. Now to log in I have to enter my password and authenticator code every time rather than enter the pin I set after logging in and authenticating once. What idiot thought forcing this was a good idea?
