First says for me to check my internet connection....which is 100% full bars. Then after 5 trys it then says to enter the pin and when we click submit nothing happens. Will avoid this ev company. Not worth my time trying to sign up and get it to work.

Keep saying check internet connection at set up... I'm on a Samsung S23 & iPhone 14 with all recent updates. This app won't let you create an account. Sucks that this app kills itself before it gets started... making Reconnect unreliable as a charging option for my Tesla.

The app kept locking up when trying to create a new account. Also, the map doesn't show any stations in my area. Had to call the number to charge.
