Description

The Coordinabolic Method is the first codified method in the world, for the "Attention-Perceptive-Cognitive-Kinetic" Athletic Preparation, designed, studied and applied successfully by prof. Salvatore Buzzelli (www.salvatorebuzzelli.it) as early as 2007.

This method is based on exercises in which the ATTENTION acts as an essential fulcrum of the Performance Model and under whose aegis the aim is to develop Coordination and Conditional Capabilities.

The Attention, of fundamental importance in situation sports, in this case, is referred to by Visual and Acoustic stimuli which, to be effective and functional for the purpose, must be sudden (flash), random and must appear for a few tenths of a second.

For every single stimulus, corresponding preconciled motor actions with whoever manages the training correspond.

The stimuli, which are the main drivers of training, act on the nervous system, increasing its neuromuscular transmission speed and determining an amplification of reactive motor performance.

The term "COORDINABOLICO" summarizes the interactive concept: Cognitive, Conditional, Coordinative and Metabolic.

Many sports athletes such as Tennis, Fencing, Boxing, etc ..., even of the highest level, have followed the protocols of the "COORDINABOLIC METHOD" using the "SENSOBUZZ" a professional electronic and portable instrument, programmable by the trainer or user , capable of emitting Visual and Acoustic time-scanned signals (uniform or random) based on the objectives to be achieved.

The "SENSOBUZZ", also designed by prof. Buzzelli, so far used by Sport Technicians and Athletic Trainers, and now, even the brand new APP within everyone's reach, will allow a kaleidoscope of workouts using colors, geometric figures, numbers, letters, sounds, translated by mental processing in specific motor actions, technical gestures or movements in the race with or without "Target", agreed with the coach in the phases prior to the actual training.

The "Targets" are reference objects (colored or of various shapes) corresponding to the signals, which are arranged in the work area and which indicate the direction in which to move or simply be touched.

The athlete must act COGNITIVELY to decode the signal, remember the related action to be performed and perform the motor tasks that may involve the Conditional, Coordinative and Metabolic aspect of the movement itself.

The result is great mental and physical work.

The combination of "tool and method" is the only system that allows the user to express himself with imagination and creativity (generating multiple types of exercises) while remaining tied to the scientific method which consists of: type of stimulation, number of stimuli, intermediate times emission, motor actions, number of sets and sets, recovery and pause times and physical activity during the latter.

In fact the training, with the instrument or with the app, must be dosed in relation to the characteristic that the coaches will want to achieve, stimulating physical and physiological adaptations of their students, through a congruous "load" with adequate exercises (some already codified by the prof Buzzelli in his book "SensoBuzz"), respecting the scientific principles dictated by the Training Methodology.

This method has also proved to be an excellent aid in Cognitive Psychology in childhood and the elderly as well as in Motor and Psychophysical Rehabilitation.
