Galaxy S25 Ultra - there is a glitch or a miscommunication between Sentrikey and this particular phone. I can't seem to get technical help. Sentrikey says its Samsung, and I can't reach samsung. This is the only model that has this issue, my 24 ultra worked fine with the app and so did all of my previous phones.

This app makes showing homes with Sentrilock lockboxes a breeze. All I have to do is touch a button and the lock opens. I don't have to fumble with combos and try to get those tiny latches open.

Not a good experience. There were constant communication issues with the app, and the lockboxes repeatedly failed to open. It ended up being a complete waste of time, as I was ultimately unable to access lockbox even after spending 2 separate occasions with support.

I had an update last week. Showed 3 properties with a client. And I had to call every listing agent to send me temp code to open it. App doesn't work after the update. I had 3 confirmed showings. It doesn't even show on this app. It was embarrassing not able to open it in front of my clients, and we have to wait 10-15 mins before the listing agents respond.

I belong to two different mls's. Even if I switch between mls's, most the time I can't get into the sentrilock. I have to call the other realtor asked for a one-day Co. Even if I'm in my own MLS. It's frustrating when you can't get into the door, and you have customers waiting and if it's raining or cold outside it makes it even worse. Something needs to be done about the GPS location as well. Many times they can't find the lockbox assign to the property and won't open it
