Previous bugs may be fixed, but random additional charges like "order preparation charge", which according to Sendai, should guarantee fast order preparation, are just bull crap. How this charge can impact how fast the order is prepared. You pay this charge, and they prepare one half of an order right away and other part is delivered after 2 weeks. So how this charge helped to get the order quicker. Just another way to get more money from the client.

So some "genius" in marketing decided to bring in advertisement notifications with the latest update without the possibility to disable it? Cool. Disabled ALL notifications in the app. This will bring me problems with my orders, but I won't be forced to be looking at your ads!

Keyword searching is terrible, zero effort put into associative product/category matching with similar terms and terminology, all search is literal or partial-matching. You often have to go into a store and ask if they have something or what the right name/search term because it's impossible to magically intuit what Sendai has determined what something should be categorized as. This is not a language-translation problem, I ask my Lithuanian friends, and they often encounter this problem too.

Payment went through on my bank, but did not on Sendai app. Only way to contact support is via phone or email, no live chat... Also, floor mat dimension filter doesn't work, gaming console categories don't work, same day shipping option bugs out grand total calculations, a gaming steering wheel had images from a different product...
