Senzia AI

Senzia AI is the mobile app for Senzia customers. Senzia is the AI phone agent that answers your calls for you, 24/7, in French and Dutch.

Whenever your agent handles a call, you know right away. You see who called, why and what needs to be done, without opening your laptop.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Get a notification for every call your agent handles.
• Read the call summary: who to call back, about what and when.
• Read the full transcript and listen to the recording again.
• See at a glance which calls need action.
• Call the caller back with a single tap.
• Recognize your contacts: the caller's name is shown when the number is in your phone's contacts.

WHO IT IS FOR
Independent professionals and small service businesses: tradespeople, shops, restaurants, practices, agencies. Your agent picks up while you are on site, in a meeting, in the kitchen or closed.

SENZIA ACCOUNT REQUIRED
The app works with your Senzia account, created when your service is set up. You configure your agent (greeting, situations, transfers, knowledge base) on the Senzia web platform.

YOUR DATA
Your call data is stored in the European Union and you choose how long it is kept. Summaries and transcripts are produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. Details in the Senzia privacy policy.

App developed and published by Ai5 SA, Senzia's technology partner.
